Methodology
These medians describe the set of companies Margin Call has computed financials for (the 'Companies' column in each row), not every listed company in that market. P/E and P/B are the inverse of the median earnings yield and book yield (inverting first would let values near zero diverge and distort the median). Loss-making companies are excluded from the P/E aggregate, and any cell with fewer than 40 observations is omitted. Source data is each company's reported financial statements, recalculated daily.
