What to include

Bug report: steps to reproduce, device and browser details, and a screenshot help us respond quickly.
Feature suggestion: describe the situation where you need it and the behaviour you expect — that is what makes prioritisation possible.
Data error: include the ticker, which field is wrong (price, fundamentals, news) and when you saw it.
Privacy request: send access, correction, deletion or suspension requests from your account email so we can verify identity.
Partnership: for API integration, content or advertising partnerships, use "Partnership" as the subject.

We aim to reply within 1-3 business days. For urgent security reports, prefix the subject with [SECURITY] and we will prioritise it.
